Our Story

Two Decades In, Still Run By The Founders Who Started It

Progressive Enviro Care was founded in 2004 in Indore by brothers Nagendra Singh Chouhan and Jitendra Singh Chouhan, at a time when most industrial and residential sites in the region had no real answer for what to do with their waste water beyond discharging it untreated. They started with a simple bet: that clients would rather work with engineers who show up and stand behind their own installations than with vendors who disappear after the sale.

More than 20 years and 100+ completed projects later, that's still how the company operates. We've grown from a two-person outfit into a team trusted by organisations like Larsen & Toubro, Medanta and Ruchi Realty - but every plant is still designed, installed and maintained by our own engineers, not handed off to a subcontractor once the contract is signed.

Today we design, build and maintain sewage treatment, effluent treatment, waste water treatment, water filtration and equipment-sourcing solutions across Indore, backed by consulting and annual maintenance support for plants we didn't even originally build.

How We Work

Our Working Philosophy

We would rather turn down a project than oversell one. Every enquiry starts with the same question - what does this site actually need? - and the answer comes from measuring real flow, effluent character, available space and the discharge limits on your consent order. A plant sized on guesswork either wastes your capital or fails inspection, and both outcomes cost more than the survey would have.

Once a design is agreed, the same team carries it through fabrication, installation and commissioning. Nothing is handed to a subcontractor, so the engineers who sized your plant are the ones who start it up and the ones who answer the phone when a reading drifts two years later. That continuity is the whole reason clients like Larsen & Toubro, Medanta and Ruchi Realty have kept coming back to us since 2004.
