Two Decades Of Treating Indore's Waste Water

Progressive Enviro Care was founded in Indore in 2004 by brothers Nagendra and Jitendra Singh Chouhan, at a time when most industrial and residential sites in the region had no real answer for their waste water beyond discharging it untreated. We started with one commitment: stand behind our own installations instead of disappearing after the sale.

What A Project Looks Like

From the first site visit to the plant running on its own

Step one - we come and look at your site

Before any quotation, we measure what actually matters: your daily flow in KLD, the character of the effluent, the space you can spare, the power available and the discharge limits on your consent order. Most bad plants are bad because this step was skipped and a standard model was sold instead.

Step two - we design and build it in-house

The treatment train is chosen to suit the load, not the catalogue: MBBR, SBR, MBR or a conventional physico-chemical process. Fabrication, installation and commissioning are done by our own engineers, so the people who designed the plant are the ones who start it up and hand it over working.

Step three - we keep it compliant afterwards

A plant only counts if it still clears limits years later. Our annual maintenance contracts cover routine servicing, media and membrane checks, troubleshooting and the compliance readings inspectors ask for - on plants we installed and on plants we inherited from someone else.

ETP

Industrial effluent that has to meet board limits

Pharmaceutical, chemical, electroplating and food processing units all discharge a different effluent, and each needs its own treatment train. We design ETPs around your actual COD, BOD and heavy-metal load so the discharge clears the parameters written into your consent order - not a generic specification.

STP

Sewage load in townships, hotels and hospitals

Housing societies, hospitals and hospitality projects above the notified size need an STP to get occupancy and stay compliant. We build MBBR, SBR and MBR plants sized to real occupancy - compact enough for a basement or terrace, and quiet enough that residents stop noticing them.

Reuse

Water bills and falling groundwater tables

Greywater from bathrooms, laundries and kitchens is the easiest water on your site to recover. Treating it for flushing, landscaping and cooling tower make-up cuts both tanker purchases and the load going to the sewer - which is why reuse now pays for itself faster than it did five years ago.
